Our elders gave us their working years. They gave us homes, education, the quiet patience to grow up. As they grow older, the question of where they live and who they live with should not be one they have to worry about alone.

Anand Nilayam is being built for them. A place that is not a hospital, not a hostel, not a transit shelter but a home. With clean air, dignified care, the company of people their own age and the freedom to live a full life.

We are building it on five acres of land between Mumbai and Pune, close enough for families to visit on a weekend, far enough to leave the city’s noise behind.
